In Need of help!

If you are in need of assistance, please complete the application form with                 

• valid  drivers license or state issue id
• current lease
• current telephone bill
• current utility bill 
• pay stub (1 month)
• if unemployed, letter from unemployment giving status. 
• References must be someone other than family or friends. (no email address accepted, telephone number only)

Assistance decision can take up to 90 days depending on funds availability.
